1- Cut the chocolate into pieces, mix it with the liquid cream and bring to melt over a low heat in a saucepan.

2- When it is melted, remove from heat and add the butter or margarine in pieces. Beat everything until you get a cream.

3- Add the egg yolk and stir. Next, add the white whipped to the point of snow, the zest of the skin of a lemon, the cereals and the almonds.

4- Mix everything until the texture of a paste is obtained. Next, give the dough a cylindrical (sausage) shape. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to harden.
